E4S Consult together with Greenspread have been contracted by CBRE global for the development of 6,6, MW solarPV in the Dutch retail portfolio’s of CBRE Global Investors. This comprises the technical development, the financial-economics, the tender proces as well as the project supervision up to completion for 39 retail assets.
