Energy- en building services consult national monument ‘t Neije Raethuys.

Assigned by the municipality Montferland E4S Consult together with  Tak Architecten has developed a number of energy concepts  for the  preliminary design of the refurbishement and restoration of the 16th century  national monument ‘t Nije Raedthuys in ‘s Heerenberg. After a selection proces the building services concept has been elaborated and the related costs, energy consumption and comfort aspects have been assessed.
