Consultancy for the design and construction of a climate neutral national heritage building.

E4S Consult supported BOEi with a plan for the climate neutral restoration of the national monument ENKA Westhal based on biomass heat supply and a large solar-PV (450 kWp) system.  Additionally E4S Consult provided support for the acquisition of a significant investment subsidy, the loan for the restoration works, the tender process for the solar system and surveillance during the construction works.
