19 sept 2013 – BREEAM very good for  nieuwAmsterdam building CBRE.

As BREEAM assessor Frank Zegers of E4S Consult (in cooperation with Bureau Veritas) has issued a BREEAM 3-star (Very Good) design certificate for the sustainable redevelopment of the 35.000 m2  office complex nieuwAmsterdam in Amsterdam South East. CBRE is the owner of the complex. One of the large tenants is energy utility NUON.
