9 October 2013 – MARIN signed contract for largest PV system in Wageningen.

The solar panels are installed on the roof of one of the large water basins of the Maritime Research Institute in Wageningen (MARIN). The solar system of 320 kWp is expected to produce 280.000 kWh on a yearly basis. This is the largest solar PV project in Wageningens, as well as one of the larger projects in the Netherlands. After a comprehensive tender procedure Solarcentury has been selected as turn-key system supplier. E4S Consult and the Association for Solar Energy Wageningen supported MARIN with this tender procedure.
